This word literally means "someone with an excess of saliva" or someone who dribbles. It is used derogatorily to refer to people as "dumb" or "stupid" in the same way "retard" is in English. However, because political correctness is not a prevalent in Mexico it is not consider as offensive. Example: "No seas Baboso!" (Dont be an idiot!)
